Talons! Birds of Prey at the Wolf Conservation Center

Yesterday, on April 15, 2012, Mark and I had the pleasure of attending an amazing raptors presentation at the Wolf Conservation Center, in South Salem, NY. The birds and the two women (mother and daughter) from RAPTORS! were so knowledgeable and made sure that everyone with a camera had the opportunity for some great photo ops. I am planning to donate the proceeds from any sales from this gallery to the Wolf Conservation Center to help care for the wolves that live there. Oh, and the birds you're seeing are an African White-Necked Raven, a Barred Owl, an African Lanner Falcon (the one with the tan top of head and great markings), a European Eagle Owl (one of the largest raptors on the planet), and a Harris's Hawk. ;-)
